Lution
Lution partnered with Ammunition to design a new kind of home health system built around a simple premise: air health should be continuously understood and actively improved, not occasionally tested. We breathe more than 12,000 liters of air every day, yet the composition of the air inside our homes is rarely measured and even more rarely interpreted in ways people can act on. In response, Lution introduced a new category: continuous air health intelligence for the home.
Unlike conventional air monitors that report fluctuating real-time numbers, Lution reframes indoor air quality as a long-term exposure problem. The system sits within a home to collect representative air samples over extended periods, capturing what occupants actually breathe across seasons, daily activities, and changing environmental conditions. From there, the platform follows a clear model: measure exposure, translate into meaningful data, and guide action.
Lution converts this complex environmental data into clear health insights, long-term exposure trends, and prioritized recommendations for improving air conditions in the home. The system’s companion app guides practical interventions such as ventilation strategies, filtration improvements, humidity control, and environmental adjustments, while continuously tracking whether those actions are improving overall air health.
Ammunition led the industrial design and supported engineering and manufacturing development to bring the system into the home. The device was designed to feel calm, trustworthy, and unobtrusive; an always-on presence that integrates naturally into domestic spaces rather than appearing as technical instrumentation. The result is a new approach to environmental health – a system that helps people understand and improve the air they live with every day.
