Drawing on Williams-Sonoma’s five decades of culinary experience and customer insight, we created the retailer’s first line of Cook’s Tools and tech-driven Smart Tools. Focused on unifying industrial design, interaction design and service design in ways that enhance the cook’s experience in the kitchen, each product heightens the sense of control, confidence and enjoyment of the cooking process.
Representing the quality and innovation that are core to the brand, the tools allow Williams-Sonoma to show up in a new way in the market, and affirm the company’s role as the trusted source for innovative, useful, and desirable kitchenware.
