UNICEF
The U.S. Fund for UNICEF partnered with us to design the UNICEF Kid Power Band, a durable, child-friendly wearable-for-good. By getting active with the UNICEF Kid Power Band, kids go on missions to learn about new cultures and earn points. The points are in turn converted into funding from partner organizations, parents and fans. Funds are used by UNICEF to deliver lifesaving packets of therapeutic food to severely malnourished children around the world.
The design of the band makes it easy enough for a 7-year-old to understand and set up, and cool enough for a teenager to wear and use on a daily basis. Sold in Target stores across the U.S., the Kid Power Band represents UNICEF’s first commercial product. Since its launch in 2015, the Kid Power program has inspired more than 120,000 children in the US to help peers around the world by staying active. Participants have collectively walked over 7 million miles to feed more than 30,000 children.
