Victoria helped form Ammunition in 2007, and as a leader for the industrial design group, she has been instrumental in cultivating one of the industry’s most awarded design teams. Working with a broad range of companies from nascent startups to global brands, Victoria focuses on creating beautiful, iconic products that build businesses and define categories.

Prior to joining Ammunition, Victoria was an associate partner at Pentagram in San Francisco and the founder of industrial design consultancy, Automatic, Inc. She has also worked with leading design firms including IDEO and Montgomery Pfeifer.

Victoria graduated with a BFAA in industrial design from University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. She served as President of the Product Design Jury for the 2017 D&AD Awards, and as juror for the Fast Company Innovation by Design Awards and the IDSA IDEA Awards. Her work has been recognized by IDEA, Red Dot, Spark, and iF product design awards.
